Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Cost: Free for orders over $50
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our combat sports equipment with the same commitment to quality that fighters show in the ring. We understand that proper fit and performance are essential for your training, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Groin guards
  • Mouthguards (if applicable)
  • Any used protective equipment
  • Opened hand wraps

Return Process

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, items you wish to return, and reason for return.
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  4. Package Items: Securely package the items with original tags and packaging.
  5. Ship Back: Send the package to our facility at:

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as the return process, but clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item(s) and size(s) needed.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
